HAZRAT DANIYAL OF RATTAR CHATTAR(MAKAN SHARIEF -PIR BUCHA and JATT RANDHAWAS...........
The year is 836 Hijra(A.H.) corresponding to 1432 A.D.Hazrat Daniyal is approaching Rattar Chattar on his way from Delhi as directed by his spirtual guideHazrat Badeeh ud Deen Shah Madar of Makkan Pur topreach ISLAM in this region.As he was close to his destination ,the night fell and he stayed in a village named Dharmu Chak, near Ram Divali.The head of the village,named Tehraj ,thinking Hazrat Daniyal to be a pious man and a traveller served well..When night was deep, he came to Hazrat Daniyal who was in his prayers, and requested him to pray for him to GOD ALMIGHTY to extend his generation as he was without any issue.
Hazrat Daniyal prayed, and while leaving in the morning told him that he will have twins, one complete and one withput years.The complete will be his father’s and the one without the years''BUCHA'' will be on ALLAH’S way and will be ‘’OURS’’..Mr.Tehraj accepted the condition with the request as not to make his son a begger.
Hazrat Daniyal settled at Rattar Chattar and again visited Dharmu Chak after the twins were born and grown up.The wife of Mr.Tehraj presented herself before Hazrat Daniyal,thanked him, and stated that she gave birth only to one son.Hazrat Daniyal replied that if ALLAH (Exalted and praiseworthy) has not given us our boy, it may be HIS will.Hazrat Daniyal had hardly left the place that the boy, which Mrs. Tehraj had hidden out of motherly love started convulsions.Then she came hurriedly and handed over the boy to Hazrat Daniyal,.
Hzrat Daniyal brought up this boy as his son , educated him, taught him the knowledge of the Gnosticism married him with the daughter of Chaudhri Baddu the founder of Bado Malli.
Pir Bucha had four sons one died as infant,the other three were,(1)Sadhari (2) Seenma,and (3)Pukhari.
Sadhari and Seenma went to the North and settled across The Chanab river while Pukhari stayed with his father Pir Buch. They cultivated the barren area and became big land lords.DHARAM KOT(RANDHAWA) was founded by them and there are tweve villages around Rattar Chattar, of which the following are well known namely SHEHZADA,MANSOOR,DALA,MOHLOWALI,DHARAM KOT, all populated by RANDHAWA JATTS.
Pir Bucha died in the year965 A.H. on 9th of Safar, corresponding to Tuesday the 30th November 1557,A.D
.Persian verses depicting Pir Buch’s year of death are as follows:-
پیربچه دهکان شد دعاء دانیال
کرد مسلم بعد از آن آموخت احکام جلال
از شریعت ساخت پخته از طریقت کرد چست
تا نه گوید بعد از این آورده ما ند "د ر ذلال"
Pir Bucha dehkan shud duay Daniyal,
Kard Muslim baad az aan aa mokht ahkam e jalal.
Az shariat saakht pukhta az tareeqat kard chust,
Ta na goyad baad az een awarda mand”” dar zalal””.(965)
Translation of the stanza:-
Pir buch the farmer is the fruit of DANIYAL'S prayer,
He converted him to be a Muslim and taught him the rules of THE LORD ALMIGHTY,
Made him perfect in the way of the Holy Prophet with his firm guidence,
So that no one should say afterwards that he went astray.
The last two persian words give the year 965.(A.H.)
